About CDA
The Cambridgeshire Deaf Association (CDA) has represented the interests of Deaf people in the local community for over 90 years. In that time CDA has developed a unique understanding of the changing needs of the deaf community in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We have developed the trust, knowledge, skills and people to meet those unique needs with professionalism, efficiency and understanding.
Our Managing Professional Advocate is a BSL level 6 sign language user and has ten-years’ experience working within the deaf community. We’re committed to training new advocates to support the service and we’re qualified to deliver Care Act and IMCA advocacy. We’ve always put deaf people at the heart of what we do – contact us to find out more.
